Becoming An Author

Good Day Family!!!

If you would have asked me in school if I thought I would be an author, I would have said not a chance! Language Arts was definitely not my cup of tea. Over the last few years, I have been studying Scripture, taking classes, and getting my Life Coaching certificate which have all prepared me for writing my first book. I have been able to take what I have learned apply it to my life and create a book to help other do the same.

My writing started out as a project for me, to grow closer to the Lord and improve my tool belt. I enjoy diving into the Bible learning about the history in the writings and how it applies to our lives. While studying I take notes, ask question and do research, God gives revelation as I study. I realized that thought provoking questions caused me to go further in learning who I am in Christ and my calling. The question was what can I do with what I learned? The answer share it with others!! I like sharing what I learn, the next step was to figure the best way to do so. In August I reached to a couple publishers both of which said they would like to publish my work, I was so excited. After careful consideration I chose TWS Publishing Facebook. They walked me through every step and help me put the finishing touch on my book! The result is Proverbs 31 Woman: A Twelve-Week Study Guide created to help other women realize who they are and how God sees them. I wanted to create something people can afford but still get the benefits of a Life Coach.
